Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Domestic: 3–7 business days after dispatch. International: 7–21 business days depending on destination.

TRACKING INFORMATION

A tracking number is emailed once your order leaves our warehouse. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update with the carrier.

Free domestic shipping on orders over $75. Promotional thresholds may vary during sales and special drops.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for free reshipment. Double-check before checkout.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Package marked delivered but missing, or arrived damaged? Contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and make it right.
