OUR REFUND POLICY

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After this window, we're unable to issue refunds or exchanges.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and free from signs of wear
  • Clean — no makeup, sweat, hair product, or odors
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
Exchanges for Fit Issues

We get it — sizing matters more on a cap than anywhere else. If your fit isn't right, we offer free domestic exchanges within the 30-day window. Just reach out and we'll guide you to the right size.

Refund Process

Once your return arrives, we inspect the item within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Damaged Orders

Receive a damaged or defective cap? Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll replace it or issue a full refund — your call.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't process refunds on returns lost in transit.
